Suspensions: 1 Suspension in Last 3 Years, 2 in Last 5 (Exception: Child Support, Failure to Pay, etc.)
Drugs/Alcohol: No drug convictions in last 5 years
Accidents: No More Than 3 Preventable Accidents in Last 3 Years
Misdemeanors/Felonies: No felonies in 5 years, no Misdemeanors in 3.
