Requirements and Competencies
Bachelors Degree Required or Substanial Progress and Enrolled in College to obtain Bachelors Degree
One (1) year selling or merchandising experience preferred
Stong verbal, written communication skills; Strong negotiation skills
Must meet WEA certification requirements for the position within the required timeframe
Ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and be attentive to details
Highly self-motivated and results oriented; Ability to work hours as required (nights, weekend, etc.)
Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment required
Must have valid drivers license and safe driving record
Primary Responsibilities
Represent Anheuser-Busch Sales company of Oregon as a pre-sell Sales Rep
Responsible for regular call frequency on assigned retail accounts to meet sales obligations
Responsible for maintaining published freshness standards in all assigned retail accounts
Responsible for maintaining up to date records via mobility units
Required to maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports such as intineraries, expenses, etc.
Required to periodically provide feedback regarding A-B and competitive market data
Work with all departments to resolve customer issues (e.g. credit/collection, deliveries, etc.)
Responsible for daily decisions regarding retail inventory levels using past sales history, reports, etc.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
