50 an hour Adult Activities Program Manager We are looking for a creative, growth-oriented, and compassionate Program Manager to actively supervise the day to day operations of our day activities program serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
The goal of this program is to provide meaningful community and facility based activities that enrich the lives of our individuals and help them fulfill their goals, hopes, and dreams.

PERSONAL QUALITIES:
A successful Program Manager candidate will have a background with a working knowledge of person-centered service development and positive behavior supports; the ability to develop supportive relationships with Direct Support Professionals as well as the individuals who receive services and their families; a back ground connecting people with meaningful community activities.
SCHEDULE:
40 hours per week; typically Monday through Friday, hours may vary due to program needs - typically 8am-4pm.
WORKSITE:
Coos Bay MANAGEMENT:
oversees a program with six to eight assigned direct support staff and up to thirty-five daily program participants.
